Your tasks:

• Planning, assembly and commissioning and technical implementation of demanding construction projects and projects in the area of ​​existing customer support in the trades of fire and intruder alarm technology as well as ELA and video systems
• Technical and personal support for existing customers as well as on-site needs assessment
• Preparation of accounting documents
• Troubleshooting and repairs
• Repair, extensions and adjustments of the existing installations

Your qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in the field of electronics technician for information and telecommunications technology
• Relevant experience in the field of fire and intruder alarm technology as well as ELA and video systems and personal customer care
• Experience with the manufacturers Esser, Notifier, NSC and Hekatron as well as Honeywell would be desirable
• Solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Class B (3) driving license mandatory
• Enjoy working in a team and communicating
• Ability to work independently and customer-oriented
