Our secret of success

I have read your CV and it is in front of me. But what interests me most is what you didn’t write in it. Please introduce yourself and tell me what’s between the lines.

For me, CVs are not just data, they are life decisions. I’m lucky enough to be a part of it.

Qualifications and certificates count, but what makes a person special is much more important. Recognizing strengths and then seeing where you end up with similar ideas.

I’m always happy to be able to talk to people who come from a different environment, who bring other perspectives with them, but above all, to get to know new perspectives, to incorporate them into their own thinking and, even more importantly, to question their own thinking. It doesn’t always work, but it’s always worth a try and maybe you’ll ask me a question or two afterwards.
